Privacy Policy

“Norisugosan” (the “App”) respects your privacy. The App does not require account registration or use a developer-operated server. Data such as saved stations is processed on your device.

1. Information Used and Stored

With your permission, the App uses location information to determine when you are approaching your destination station. Settings such as saved stations, alert distance, and vibration pattern are stored on your device. This information is not sent to the developer’s server.

2. Purpose of Location Use

Location is used only to detect your approach to a saved station, estimate arrival, monitor in the background, and send an arrival alert. You can change location permission at any time in iPhone Settings.

3. Apple Services

The App uses Apple technologies including MapKit, StoreKit, notifications, and WatchConnectivity for station search, maps, in-app purchases, notifications, and Apple Watch integration. Apple’s privacy policy may apply when these services are used.

4. Third Parties, Advertising, and Tracking

The App does not collect personal information for the developer, sell or provide data to third parties, display advertising, or track you across apps and websites.

5. Deleting Data

You can delete saved stations and settings in the App. Deleting the App from your device also deletes its locally stored data. App Store purchase records are linked to your Apple ID and managed by Apple.

6. Children

The App does not intentionally collect personal information from users of any age.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when features or laws change. Important changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
