If alerts do not arrive
- Confirm that Location is set to “Always.”
- Confirm that notifications are allowed.
- Confirm that your 5-day free trial is active or the App has been purchased.
- Check “Monitor automatically every day” for the saved station and the main switch on the home screen.
- In iPhone “Sounds & Haptics,” check the haptic setting for Silent Mode.
- For underground routes or long distances between stations, increase the alert distance.
To receive alerts on Apple Watch
You do not need to operate Watch each time. Install the Watch app, then open the “Watch” app on iPhone → “Notifications” and enable Norisugosan notifications. When iPhone is locked or asleep and Watch is worn, unlocked, and connected, notifications normally appear on Watch. When you are using iPhone, or Watch is locked, disconnected, or has notifications off, alerts appear on iPhone.
Using the App on metro or high-speed trains
Location accuracy may decrease underground, in mountainous areas, or during high-speed travel, which can delay an alert. Choose a wider alert distance and use the free trial to confirm timing on your actual route.
Important usage notice
The App assists with missed-stop prevention. Alerts may be delayed or not arrive because of device power, location reception, notification, Focus or haptic settings, or operating-system behavior. Notification delivery and timing are not guaranteed.
Restore a purchase
Select “Restore Purchases” on the App’s purchase screen. You must be signed in to the App Store with the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
